Electrica SA, on behalf of Green Energy Consultancy & Investments, is waiting for entries to the bidding procedure for the implementation of a photovoltaic project in the EPC system, with a capacity of 12 MWp. The deadline for submitting offers is 27.07.2023, at 10:00 (Eastern European Time).

Electrica SA is looking for bidders with proven experience in the EPC system of PV projects who can deliver high quality results in a timely manner and “in accordance with our strict standards and requirements.” The specifications are available HERE. The object of the request for binding offers is the selection of a bidder capable of successfully managing the implementation phase of the photovoltaic project in the EPC system, with a capacity of 12 MWp, located in the vicinity of Vulturul commune, in Vrancea county.

In February, Electrica completed the acquisition of the project company Green Energy Consultancy & Investments, wholly owned by the sellers, whose main activity is the production of energy from photovoltaic sources, through the “Vulturul” project. Green Energy Consultancy & Investments develops the “Vulturul” photovoltaic project, with an installed capacity of 12 MWp DC (peak power at the level of the panels) and 9.75 MW AC (dischargeable power in the network), located in the Vulturul commune area, Vrancea county. The project is in the “ready-to-build” phase.

The transaction is part of the Electrica Group’s strategy established for the period 2019-2023, which also considers the expansion of the electricity value chain, especially in the area of ​​electricity production from renewable sources.
