The PPC Group of companies in Romania has recently launched its first image campaign, marking the transition to its new brand identity. The new brand reflects responsibility towards the community, a commitment to creating value for all, and a focus on sustainability and the circular economy.
“Electricity accompanies us constantly in our daily routine, defining the world we live in more and more, but the way we use it is different for each of us. Whether we use electricity to charge a phone or an electric car, to illuminate the cities we live in, for our comfort or for the mini-greenhouse in our living room, whether we install solar panels, each of us has our own goals and desires. And the purpose of PPC companies in Romania is to honor the trust of customers, those who entrust us with their daily comfort, because electricity is necessary for the needs and preferences of each customer,” said Alessio Menegazzo, CEO & Country Manager of PPC companies in Romania.
Additionally, the new website www.ppcenergy.ro has been launched, as well as the new myPPC application, two modern digital platforms where customers will be able to find, in addition to information about PPC companies, functionalities such as account management, bill payment, as well as energy solutions, along with value-added services.
The supply services of PPC Energy and PPC Energy Muntenia will not be affected by the change in visual identity and the adoption of the new brand. Tariffs and contractual conditions will remain unchanged, and stores will operate according to the usual schedule, without changes in operations.
Starting from April 2024, the PPC logo will gradually replace the Enel logo on both customer bills and all touchpoints, including in stores, self-pay stations, and online communications or channels.
On October 25, 2023, the PPC Group announced the completion of the transaction through which it acquired the stakes held by the Enel Group in Romania, successfully completing its first major expansion into the international market. The completion of the transaction represented a milestone event for PPC’s growth strategy, through the acquisition of a significant portfolio of renewable projects (both completed and under development) and the electricity distribution and supply operations in Romania.
