Overall demand for natural gas, in March 2016, is estimated by Transgaz at 13.207 million MWh, according to the data that the operator of the national gas transmission system transmitted to ANRE.

For the regulated household customers, the demand is estimated at 3.957 million MWh, for eligible residential customers at 32,048 MWh and for producers of thermal energy destined for the population at 1.838 million MWh, writes Agerpres.

The demand for non-household customers is estimated at 6.716 million MWh, and the demand for technological consumption will reach around 662.500 MWh, says Transgaz.

Regarding the gas mix for household customers and thermal producers, ANRE approved that it will fully covered from the domestic production. For this month, the obligation for the producers and suppliers of gas is to store a total of 2.74 million MWh.
