Enel has opened a selling point for individuals and legal entities in Cluj-Napoca, the first establishment of this kind released by the utilities company outside its distribution areas, according to a press release from the group.

“With the launch of the first selling point in Cluj-Napoca, we offer our customers in the area, along with special offers in the region, the guarantee of a stable price and added-value services that can simplify their lives,” said Michele Grassi, CEO of Enel Energie.

The selling and expert consultancy point is situated in the Polus Center Cluj. Everyday, between 10.00 and 22.00, specialists from the Enel selling point will offer advice on energy offerings, will present the company’s products and services, will assist in contracting and customized offers for corporate clients.

Also in March, the Enel supply companies have launched E-Light, the first package of electricity supply especially dedicated to the customer familiar with the digital and online communication segment. The E-Light package is available at national level.

Until the 31st May 2016, the package for the household consumers includes a subscription of 0.1 lei / day / place of consumption regardless of the volume of energy consumed, plus a price for electricity of 0.162 lei / kWh (162 lei / MWh) which is constant for two years after signing the contract. To these prices, the tariffs regulated by ANRE are added – transport services, system and distribution, cogeneration, green certificates, excise and VAT.

To access the E-Light offer, customers must activate the direct debit and the electronic invoice, as well as to use the MyEnel web platform as the main customer support service. There is also a free dedicated line – 0800.07.07.01 to customers on the open market.

For a monthly consumption of 100 kWh, the monthly bill of a customer with an E-Light subscription is 6% lower than that of a client of the regulated market with “Monom with Reservation” (Muntenia area), the most common offer on regulated market, available throughout the country, says Enel.
