More than a quarter of all Enel customers will pay their energy bills exclusively online over the next three years, said Michele Grassi, CEO of Enel Energie and Enel Energie Muntenia, quoted by wall-street.ro. Last year, the online payments increased by 33% among Enel customers, he reminded.

The supply company adheres to this trend and launched the mobile application MyEnel Mobile App, which enables the payment of invoices directly via a mobile phone, with an increasing degree of usage, explained Michele Grassi.

“This payment method is one that has the highest growth rate of all means of payment that we offer to our customers,” continued the Enel Energie representative. Users of mobile phones, other than smartphones, can use as a payment method the money transfer service M-PESA offered by Vodafone.
