Anamaria Acristini is the new Strategy Executive Director of Electrica SA, starting with May 1st, 2017, for a period of four years, according to a company report sent to the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB).

“During the meeting from April 13th, 2017, the Board of Directors decided to appoint Mrs. Acristini-Georgescu Anamaria Dana, Romanian citizen, as the Strategy Executive Director of Electrica SA, starting with May 1st, 2017, for a period of four years”, reads the document.

Anamaria Acristini was co-opted from E.ON Romania, where Electrica’s current General Manager, Dan Cătălin Stancu, also worked.
