Enel announces the entrance on the Romanian gas supply market, with offers designed to offer ease of use and predictability for residential customers, who can now benefit from having a single supplier of gas and electricity. The customers have the possibility to choose a subscription price for 24 months, with a payment term of 30 days, according to a press release of the italian utilities group reminded energynomics.ro.

According to the press release, the Enel gas offer is complemented with special value added services, ”Enel Asistenta Gaz and Enel Asistenta Gaz +”, offering customers’ assistance packages for their natural gas installation and gas appliances and equipment, through a network of specialised companies managed by our partner Europ Assistance.
Enel Asistenta Gaz ensures services for residential customers regarding the verification of the natural gas installation and two annual interventions for events with gas appliances and equipment which might require emergency intervention.
”Customers will benefit of specialized and authorized technical teams, who will identify the damages, ensuring the necessary repairs for both the natural gas installation and the gas appliances and equipment”, explained the Enel officials.
The Enel Asistenta Gaz + package, subscription includes an extra two year revision of the gas boiler with a capacity up to 35 KW. ”The intervention time for solving incidents is up to 4 hours in the urban area and up to 6 hours for the rural area”, the press release said.
