E.ON launched a new channel for household customers in a dedicated section in the eMAG platform. According to the energy provider, the partnership with eMAG is one of the actions meant to support the simplification of the energy contracting process.

We are addressing digital customers in Romania, customers who are used to shop online and for whom, even contracting electricity should be as easy as adding any other product to the cart, a company official said.

“Online is easy to order whatever you want from wherever you are, and we want to give our customers the opportunity to find on eMAG as many of the things and services they need,” says Florin Filote, Marketplace EMAG Director.

Beneficiaries of E.ON products will have a digital experience in which the power supply contract is signed online and access to information related to the meter index, electronic invoice, online payment or consumption graphs is made through E.ON Myline, also available on the mobile application.
