The Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting of the of the Energy Participation Management Company (SAPE) elected five supervisors with four-year mandates at its meeting on March, 4.
Thus, three of the current members remain in the Supervisory Board, namely: Negruţ Cornelia, Blejan Ciprian-Mircea and Pană Ionel. According to the rules agreed for CS, one member can exercise at the same time no more than three mandates of administrator, according to investenergy.ro
According to the OGM decision, the sole shareholder – the Ministry of Energy – elected the members of the Supervisory Board of the Energy Participation Management Company, in accordance with the provisions of GEO no. 109/2011 on Corporate Governance of Public Enterprises: Tudor Laurenţiu Dan, Negruţ Cornelia, Mr. Ionel, Crişan Valeriu Radu and Blejan Ciprian-Mircea.
The OGSM also approved the establishment of the term of office of the members of the Supervisory Board at 4 years from the date of appointment.
