Energy Minister Anton Anton announced that he is thinking of becoming a prosumer, as he says he has a South-facing roof perfect for mounting solar panels.

„For a long time, everyone asked me how much I pay for the gas or for the power… I’m paying very little I taught a whole life about power savings. This program with the photovoltaic panels and the prosumer, because in fact here is the gain, it’s a program that I personally would like to apply to. Probably I will apply when it starts, but I thought and advised and I think we have all the conditions to take part in the structure of the house. So I have such a roof to the South perfect for mounting solar panels,” Anton Anton said, according to Agerpres.

He said that this is an important program for Romanians because prosumers bring a fundamental change in the general concept of electricity production.
