The Board of directors of Romgaz appointed Manuela-Petronela Stan-Olteanu as chairman on Wednesday, according to a press release issued to the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB).

“Following the adoption of the Decision of the General Meeting of Shareholders No. 6 / 26.06.2019 by which the members of the Board of Directors of SNGN Romgaz SA were elected, the Board of Directors meeting held on July 3, 2019 decided to elect Mrs Stan – Olteanu Manuela – Petronela as Chairman of the Board of Directors”, according to Agerpres.

At the same meeting, the composition of the advisory Committees within the Board of directors was also established. Thus, the Audit Committee includes: Jansen Petrus Antonius Maria – president, Romeo-Cristian Ciobanu, Niculae Havrileţ, Nicolae Cîmpeanu and Tudorel Hărăbor – members.

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee consists of: Manuela-Petronela Stan-Olteanu – Chairman, Tudorel Hărăbor and Caius-Mihai Parpală – members.

Also, the Strategy Committee includes: Niculae Havrileţ – president, Romeo-Cristian Ciobanu, Jansen Petrus Antonius Maria, Nicolae Cîmpeanu and Caius-Mihai Parpală – members.
