The 40th anniversary edition of the competition bringing together the best electricians in the country brought Delgaz Grid the first place and the Electrician Trophy for the Maintenance section. Three more first places were obtained by Delgaz Grid teams in the specializations: medium and low voltage operation, installation and repair of medium and low voltage systems and defectoscopy. This year’s Delgaz Grid performance did not stop there, with 2 first individual prizes being awarded to defectoscopy and mounting and repair of medium and low voltage installations. Thursday, July 11, at the award ceremony, Delgaz Grid representatives climbed the podium 12 times to raise their trophies, prizes and entries after three days of competition.

The first day of the contest began with the theoretical test, the second day being dedicated to the practical test, not only a professional counter-timing test, but also excellent preparation for the difficult situations in the day-to-day work of electricians. The cumulative results of the two tests followed the spectacular show on stage, with the audience, who named the winners of the competition in the seven categories in the contest.

More than 120 specialists from the main electricity distribution companies and energy service companies participated in the competition in Iaşi: Electricity Distribution Companies Transilvania Nord, Transilvania Sud and Muntenia Nord, E-Distribution, Oltenia Distribution, ADREM and Delgaz Grid.
