Rompetrol gas stations play the music from George Enescu Festival

Starting August 28, the Rompetrol gas stations in Bucharest will broadcast classical music, as part of the partnership with the George Enescu International Festival. Recordings from past editions, interpretations of giants of international scenes will be played. Also, will be included in the selection of pieces interpretations of the winners of the last edition of the George Enescu International Competition. The music of George Enescu, but also of other renowned composers will be heard between 4:00 pm and 11:00 pm in 11 locations in Bucharest, the sounds of the Festival being thus brought closer to the specific audience.

“The promotion of Romanian and international culture and artists is an important element for the beautiful and healthy development of communities. We are traditional partners of the George Enescu festival, and this year we wanted to bring the festival’s music closer to the Romanian public, by broadcasting it at Rompetrol gas stations in Bucharest, in order to bring more harmony, in tune with the theme of the 2019 edition,” says Alexey Golovin, director, legal department and corporate affairs, KMG International.

Rompetrol has been a partner of the George Enescu Festival for 10 years.
