Electrica Group submits to the approval of the shareholders a new proposal in order to go to court against former directors and administrators, in order to recover past damages established as a result of the Court of Auditors’ controls.

The total damage volume is of 235.6 million lei, to which an interest of 47 million lei is added. The court action will be started no later than November 28th. The suit is aimed at recovering some damages established by the Court of Accounts following a control completed in 2016 regarding how the company was managed during the period January 1, 2013-30 June 2014, according to e-nergia.ro.
