The natural persons who have not submitted and have not registered the documents with the installers validated until September 10, will have the possibility to submit to the installers the requested documents, provided they are valid at the date of registration in the computer application.
We remind that the value of the financing contract is 536 million lei, sum covered from the Regional Operational Program (POR). The total value of the financing granted for this program amounts to approximately 656 million lei, the Administration of the Environment Fund covering, from the Environmental Fund, the necessary amounts for the Bucharest – Ilfov region.
The purpose of the program is to increase energy efficiency, improve air quality and reduce greenhouse gas emissions, by using photovoltaic panel systems for the production of electricity needed for own consumption and delivering surplus to the national energy system.
The financing is granted for up to 90% of the total amount of eligible expenses, within the limit of 20,000 lei. The amount financed by AFM is subtracted by the validated installer from the total value of the invoice, and the difference is borne by the final beneficiary, from own financial sources.
The list of validated installers who have signed participation contracts to which individuals can register is available on the AFM website.
