Radu Hanga becomes president of the Stock Exchange, Dragoș Neacșu enters the board

Radu Hanga is the new chairman of the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB), while Dragoş Neacşu, former CEO of Erste Asset Management, was elected to the Board of Directors.

Claudia Ionescu (Director of the Securities Directorate at BRD) was kept in the board. At the same time, Adrian Tănase was unanimously re-elected as the general manager of BVB.

The brokers kept Robert Pană (Swiss Capital Legal Advisor), Dan Paul (the president of the Brokers Association) and Octavian Molnar (IFB Finest CEO) in the Board of Directors and added Mihaela Bîciu (Tradeville CEO) and Răzvan Raţ (deputy general manager of BRK Financial Group).
