One of the most renowned specialists in the nuclear industry on the market, Teodor Chirică, former general manager of Nuclearelectrica between 2005 and 2009, has been appointed as interim administrator of the company, a report submitted to the Bucharest Stock Exchange shows.

“Nuclearelectrica S.A. National Society (“SNN”) informs the shareholders that, on 19.12.2019, the SNN Board of Directors approved, on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee no. 14958 / 16.12.2019, the appointment of Mr. Chirică Minodor Teodor as provisional administrator, with a duration of the mandate until the ordinary general meeting of the shareholders, according to the provisions of art. 1372 of Law no. 31/1990, taking into account professional experience and expertise, according to the CV annexed to this current report,” the report mentions.
