The Supervisory Board of the National Electricity Transport Company Transelectrica announced that it decided in its Monday meeting to appoint Ciprian Constantin Dumitru as provisional member of the Supervisory Board.

“The term of office is until March 29, 2020, but not later than the date of appointment of a member of the Supervisory Board by the General Meeting of Shareholders,” states the company, quoted by News.ro.

Transelectrica achieved a gross profit of 82.9 million lei in the first nine months of 2019.
