The MOL Group announces the opening of the application period for the next edition of its award-winning talent recruitment program, Growww, which offers new graduates a unique opportunity to start their career in one of the largest corporations in Central and Eastern Europe. Through the program, MOL aims to develop a new generation of industry experts, offering them work experiences that will prepare them for future business challenges.
The MOL Group opens more than 130 positions in the fields of engineering, business, IT, as well as the social and natural sciences. Candidates with up to one year’s professional experience can apply for positions both at the headquarters in Budapest and at the local subsidiaries of the MOL Group in 8 countries: Austria, Czech Republic, Croatia, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Hungary.
This one-year intensive program offers the opportunity to become familiar with the operations of the MOL Group in all business and functional segments. In addition to practical knowledge and visits to various industrial platforms, young professionals have the chance to acquire their specific knowledge in the field through a well-structured business education program, which also represents an excellent opportunity to connect with top managers of the company and to create professional relationships. Each participant is supported by a mentor who provides professional guidance and feedback, while also helping him / her adapt to a dynamic and multicultural work environment.
