Conpet informs that based on the Decision of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders no. 2 of 29.04.2020, the distribution of the amount of 61,055,584 lei as dividends due to the shareholders was approved.

The amount comes from: the distribution of the accounting profit in 2019 – 57,757,444 lei and the distribution of the carried forward result representing the surplus realized from revaluation reserves – 3,298,140 lei, according to financialintelligence.ro.

The cumulative value of the gross dividend will be about 7.05 lei/ share, of which the dividend tax will be withheld at source, in the quotas provided by the legislation in force at the date of payment.
