Distributie Oltenia (DEO) User Relations Centers in the counties of Argeș, Dolj, Gorj, Mehedinți, Olt, Teleorman and Vâlcea will resume their activity starting Monday, May 18, 2020, with a reduced schedule of 6 hours and in compliance with strict rules of protection and distance, the company announced.

DEO User Relations Centers in the municipalities of: Alexandria, Craiova, Drobeta Turnu Severin, Piteşti, Râmnicu Vâlcea, Slatina and Târgu Jiu will resume their activity on May 18, 2020, with a work schedule with the public of 6 hours, Monday to Friday, from 08:30 to 14:30.

DEO employees will wear masks and protective gloves, with plexiglass protective windows previously installed in the centers.

Customers’ access to the CRU is only allowed with a mask and protective gloves (only one representative per family).

Distribution Oltenia encourages electricity consumers in its operational area to use mainly alternative communication channels.
