Electrica Furnizare announces the reopening of customer relations centers, starting with Monday, May 18, as a result of the relaxation measures adopted by the authorities, but also recommends the use of alternative communication and payment channels.
The electricity and natural gas supply company within the Electrica Group states that it has adopted measures designed to ensure the safe operation of the business, including reducing the number of front office personnel for a period of three months, with a monthly assessment of the situation, depending the evolution of the context at national and regional level.
On the other hand, Electrica Furnizare representatives recommend customers to behave responsibly and follow the rules displayed in all points of presence of the company, as well as the guidance of trained staff on measures of physical distance and customer interaction, according to Agerpres.
According to the quoted source, the reopening of the customer relations centers, on May 18, will also include its own cashiers, in the area of SFEE Transilvania Sud, SFEE Transilvania Nord and SFEE Muntenia Nord.
