The Bucharest Municipal thermal Energy Company Termoenergetica (CMTEB) announced on Friday that within 92% of the total points, modules and thermal power plants (1,027) the installations for supplying heat in the new heating season were loaded.
According to a CMTEP press release, for the remaining 8 percent the facilities have not been loaded yet because the owners’ associations (6%) announced that they do not currently want to supply heat or there are still works in progress (2%) on the secondary network.
“The action is progressive, given the size of the district heating system and the large number of consumers. We remind the owners’ associations that it is necessary to open the heating circuit in the basements of the blocks and ventilate the columns so that, after the tests heating, thermal agent goes through the entire equipment,” the company said.
Owners’ associations wishing to postpone the supply of heating agent can request this in writing, through legal representatives, according to Agerpres.
