Alive Capital, a provider of solar electricity and integrated services, successfully concluded the bond issue denominated in lei “ALV23”.
“We are very pleased to announce the conclusion of the private placement of bonds started on 23.11.2020, at the maximum proposed value of 10 million lei, bonds issued with a maturity of 36 months and a fixed annual interest of 8%, payable semi-annually, maturity being set for 2023,” said the company’s officials.
Alive Capital was assisted by Intercapital Invest, as a consultant authorized by the Bucharest Stock Exchange, a company with a presence in the Romanian financial market for over 20 years.
Alive Capital planned for the first quarter of 2021 the listing of the bonds issued on the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
“We can say that it is a first on the Romanian market, being the first bonds issued of the ‘green bond’ type, even if there is still no specific local regulatory framework. The governance and sustainable business model adopted by our company, in terms of ensuring a balance between economic growth and environmental protection, support the development of renewable energy sources in Romania,” said the company’s officials, according to financialintelligence.ro.
The company is licensed by the National Energy Regulatory Authority as a supplier of energy and natural gas and intends to soon become one of the most important aggregate entities as a producer of electricity from renewable sources.
