The specifications for the construction of Brasov’s 83 million Euro polyvalent hall will be loaded into the electronic public procurement system (SICAP) this week, according to zf.ro.
The National Investment Company (CNI) and the Brasov City Hall will invest over 404,5 million lei to build a multifunctional complex – polyvalent hall with over 11.000 places in Brasov. The deadline for the construction is 36 months.
According to documentation made by Dico & Tigănaș design office, the capacity of the polyvalent hall will be 11.233 seats, of which 10.075 seats in the main room and 1.158 seats in the secondary (training) room. The sports hall will be built on “artificial relief” and the foundation will rest on pillars of concrete. In heating and ventilation of the room, as well as in providing some of the electricity, designers considered photovoltaic installations and heat recovery systems. The building will integrate an automated management system (BMS), which will continuously monitor and optimize the functioning of the installations.
