Aristotel Jude was appointed by the Board of Directors of the National Natural Gas Company ROMGAZ as General Manager, with a provisional term of 2 months, following the resignation of Daniel Corneliu Pena, former Deputy General Manager with term and with the attributions of general manager, starting with February 15th.

The former deputy director, Daniel Corneliu Pena, resigned from all the positions held within ROMGAZ SA, and as a result, the company’s administrators submitted to the vote and approved the appointment of Mr. Aristotel Marius Jude as General Manager with a term of 2 months, he also resigning from the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors, the company announced.

“I accepted this challenge out of the desire to ensure continuity in the exercise of the company’s executive management and for the efficient management of the immediate and priority projects of the S.N.G.N. ROMGAZ S.A. I hope that together with a united, professional team I will succeed in an efficient management of the company’s activity in this short term,” said the new general manager.

Aristotle Jude was Secretary of State in the Ministry of Energy, responsible for coordinating the ministry’s activity in the field of oil and natural gas. He has a Master of Business Administration (MBA), awarded by the Conservatoire National Des Arts Et Metiers, Paris, France and proven skills throughout his professional career in business management, company administration, legal advice. Over time he has held several leadership positions within the S.N.G.N. ROMGAZ: project manager, department director, director, administrator.
