E.ON Energie Romania launches the “ABC of liberalization” campaign, which aims to inform all those interested on the most important aspects related to choosing a competitive offer of electricity or natural gas.
From the beginning of 2021, electricity prices are determined by market developments, so they are no longer set by the authorities. In the case of natural gas, market liberalization took place on 1 July 2020.
The questions received recently from the company by customers show that, despite the information provided so far, there are still doubts about the changes brought by the liberalization of the energy market.
“We know how important it is for our customers and not only to be guided in this process of liberalizing the energy market. And we, through this new communication campaign, assume this role of coming to support customers and responding to their need for information,” says Claudia Griech, Deputy General Manager of E.ON Energie Romania.
The aim of the campaign is to answer for everyone’s understanding the concrete questions consumers ask about what energy market liberalization means, how to choose a suitable offer, what to pay attention to when choosing an offer and what happens if the clients do not choose an offer in the free market.
The campaign launches on Thursday, April 8 and will run for two months.
