The association is organized based on the free will of its members, being the type of non-profit organization and runing on a statute approved by the National Conference, the supreme forum of the association. ARACO was founded on December 19, 1990, in order to promote the economic and technical interests for companies in construction, assembly, research and design, mechanization and production of construction machinery, with public, mixed or private capital.
