The National Energy Regulatory Authority (ANRE) has foreseen for 2022 revenues of 166.56 million lei, of which 129.61 million lei from taxes and fees for the issuance of licenses and operating authorizations, according to the budget of revenues and expenditures published in the Official Gazette.
Subsidies from the state budget are provided at 2.877 million lei, and the amounts received from the EU and other donors on account of payments made and pre-financing related to the financial framework 2014-2020 at 15.133 million lei.
Expenditures for next year are set at 166.56 million lei, of which 123.97 million lei are personnel expenses and 13.626 million lei for goods and services, according to Agerpres.
The National Energy Regulatory Authority – ANRE is an autonomous administrative authority, with legal personality, under parliamentary control, fully financed from its own revenues.
