The Competition Council authorized the transaction by which Leabrook Ltd takes over EnergoBit Holding Ltd. Previously, the company was controlled by Leabrook Ltd. together with IHC SARL.
“Following this transaction, Leabrook Ltd. will also control the companies owned by EnergoBit, namely EnergoBit SA, EnergoBit Control Systems S.R.L., EnergoBit Transformers S.R.L., Energolux Impex S.R.L., EnergoBit Tavrida S.R.L. and ELM Electromontaj Cluj S.A.,” said Council’s officials.
Leabrook Ltd. in Cyprus is owned by the founders of the EnergoBit group.
The activity of the EnergoBit group is focused on entrepreneurship, execution, modernization, maintenance of electrical installations, especially medium and high voltage; solutions for energy consumption monitoring systems, relay protections and SCADA systems (“Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition”); production of medium and low voltage prefabricated transformer substations, medium and secondary distribution medium voltage cells, low-loss and ultra-reduced oil distribution transformers and electrical panels.
