The Ministry of Labor and Social Solidarity, the Ministry of Investments and European Projects, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Energy and the Ministry of Finance, for general actions, will receive the largest amounts in the budget revision in August, according to the project published on the MF website.
Thus, at the Ministry of Investments and European Projects, an increase of 2.719 billion lei is foreseen, per balance, as funds are provided for personnel expenses (+20 million lei), for the development of projects with financing from non-reimbursable external funds (+1,850 million lei) and for the development of projects financed from the amounts related to the loan component of the PNRR (+850 million lei).
Also, the Ministry of Energy will have an additional 2.482 billion lei, per balance. The necessary funds for personnel expenses (+5 million lei) have been secured, for the financing of the compensation/ceiling support scheme for electricity/natural gas prices (+2.5 billion lei). In the project, it is mentioned that savings on goods and services (-1.1 million lei), other transfers (-20 million lei) and capital expenditures (-1.3 million lei) were identified, according to Agerpres.
An increase of 2 billion lei is proposed for the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, per balance, in order to ensure additional amounts for subsidies (+155.9 million lei), transfers between public administration units (+264.5 million lei), projects with financing from external non-reimbursable funds (FEN) post-accession (+70 million lei), social assistance (+100 million lei), projects with financing from external non-reimbursable funds related to the financial framework 2014-2020 (+49.1 million lei), other expenses (+2.3 million lei), projects financed from the amounts related to the loan component of the PNRR (+950.9 million lei) and for participation in the social capital of economic operators under the authority of the ministry (+411.3 million lei).
The proposal for the Ministry of Development, Public Works and Administration is of 649.2 million lei, per balance, thus providing funds for the implementation of the National Program for Local Development (+700 million lei), for the implementation of the National Program for constructions of public or social interest ( +700 million lei), for programs with reimbursable financing (+35 million lei) as well as for interest payments (+0.2 million lei). Savings were identified for goods and services (-1 million lei), for subsidies (-280 million lei), projects with financing from non-reimbursable external funds related to the 2014-2020 financial framework (-500 million lei) as well as for non-financial assets ( -5 million lei).
