The representatives of the American company Fluor are interested in getting involved in the project of the electricity transmission cable on the Tuzla – Podisor route, then on the corridor of the BRUA gas pipeline, announced the Minister of Energy Virgil Popescu.
The Minister of Energy and the general director of Nuclearelectrica, Cosmin Ghiță, met on Wednesday with the representatives of the American company Fluor Corporation to discuss the latest developments in the small reactor project, which will be installed in Doiceşti, but also about the project of Units 3 and 4 from CNE Cernavodă, according to Agerpres.
“Collaboration and coordination are important for these two very important projects for our country to be completed on time, in order to ensure our independence and energy security. Even more, the people from Fluor have expressed their interest in getting involved in the cable project of electricity transport on the Tuzla – Podisor route, then on the BRUA gas pipeline corridor, to ensure the connection from the east to the west of the country.
