TAW Energy’s main objective is to develop partnerships to accelerate the adoption of renewable energies, said Alexia Briotă, Marketing Specialist at the company, during the conference “Energy efficiency for the energy transition – Oradea”, organized in Oradea by Energynomics together with the Romanian Fund for Energy Efficiency – FREE and the Directorate for Energy Efficiency within the Ministry of Energy.

Specifically, TAW Energy promotes and implements renewable energy solutions, mainly photovoltaic panels, to help generate a significant amount of clean and non-polluting energy. TAW Energy aims to generate around 1 GWh by 2025.

According to TAW Energy representatives, investments in green energy and photovoltaic panels are becoming increasingly popular in Romania – a recent survey showed that more than 70% of Romanians are interested in installing solar panels in their homes.

To date, TAW Energy has delivered more than 500 PV projects and relies on its own workplaces and warehouses in strategic locations in Romania, enabling it to provide fast and efficient service to all customers.

In addition to residential, commercial, industrial, public and financing solutions, the company will soon be installing power stations for charging cars. “The transition to a sustainable future of mobility must become a priority and we must act quickly,” said Alexia Briotă. “To accelerate this process and increase the quality of solutions, citizen involvement is essential.”

The conference in Oradea was the 2nd of a series of 5 scheduled by the Energynomics communication platform, the Romanian Fund for Energy Efficiency – FREE and the Directorate for Energy Efficiency within the Ministry of Energy. The project is financed by Norway Grants 2014-2021.
