BayWa r.e., world leader in the field of renewable energy and promoter of the agrovoltaic concept, announces the start of procedures for the takeover of the Poarta Albă solar park, developed by HVAC Systems SRL (“HVAC Systems”). The move represents a strategic step in a strategic collaboration between the two parties.

HVAC Systems will continue the development of the Poarta Albă project, with a permitted evacuated capacity of 44.5 MW AC, from the intake stage to commissioning. The partnership with BayWa r.e. demonstrates a strong commitment to sustainable and innovative renewable energy development. HVAC Systems currently manages projects with an installed capacity of approximately 150 MW DC.
