The Federation of Oil and Gas Employers (FPPG) will organize this year six events dedicated to several energy sub-sectors to identify the pillars on which the future national energy system should be built, announced Raluca Covrig, the organization’s director of public affairs and communication, at the conference “Digitalization and Energy Efficiency – Constanța”.

“We have identified ten pillars of Romania’s energy and have already had four events dedicated to geothermal energy, CO2 capture and storage, hydrogen and biofuel. By the end of this year we will hold another six events, dedicated to nuclear energy, offshore wind, hydrocarbons and photovoltaics,” she said.

At the end of this tour, the FPPG will compile all the conclusions in a compendium and present it to interested authorities and companies.

The role of these events is to shape the country’s energy future and understand the economic, social and environmental implications of new technologies.

The conference “Digitalization and Energy Efficiency – Constanța” was organized by Energynomics, with the support of our partners: ADC, Elektra Renewable Support, FPPG, WALDEVAR Energy.
