Schneider Electric Romania strengthens its management team by appointing Mihai Kis as Director of Distributor Sales for Schneider Electric Romania, Moldova and Armenia. In his new role,  joins the management team in Romania, replacing Cristian Deaconu, who advanced within the organization to the position of Global Distribution Channel Leader.

A graduate of the Technical University of Cluj Napoca, with over 22 years of experience in sales, Mihai brings new perspectives to the company’s growth strategy, as well as to the relationship with partners. Previously, Mihai’s responsibilities in the company were the implementation of the commercial policy for the Official Distributor Partners in the north-west region of the country and the management of the DIY client portfolio.

With a solid experience in sales and skills developed in the management of customers and large retail partners, Mihai has demonstrated the skills that recommend him for his new role. He will be responsible for stimulating sales and creating an impactful experience for customers and partners of Schneider Electric Romania.
