The official opening of the trading session on the occasion of the transfer from the AeRO Market to the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) Regulated Market of the shares of the Simtel Team company, under the stock symbol SMTL, will take place on August 12. The company has been present on the capital market since 2021, from the moment of listing on the AeRO market and is the sixth company to transfer to the Regulated Market of the Exchange, according to Financialintelligence.

This year the company started the procedures regarding the transfer of shares on the Main Market, publishing in May the audited financial results according to IFRS for the years 2021, 2022 and 2023. Thus, according to international financial reporting standards, Simtel recorded in 2023, at consolidated level, a turnover of 297.8 million lei, an increase of 118% compared to 2022, EBITDA of 37.7 million lei, an increase of 171% compared to the previous year, and a net profit of 27.1 million of lei, +205% compared to 2022.

Over the past four years, Simtel Team has designed and commissioned numerous PV plants for customers in various industries. The photovoltaic parks for which Simtel provides Operation, Maintenance and Service services total over 284 MWp installed and produce 352,000 MWh annually, the equivalent of the consumption of 106,000 homes in a year, reducing greenhouse gas emissions by 217,000 tons per year , thus helping to protect the environment and having a positive impact on the health and quality of life of communities, especially in densely populated urban areas.
