Future Energy Leaders (FEL) Romania, the youth program of the Romanian National Committee of the World Energy Council (CNR-CME), for the second year in a row, supports people interested in the Casa Verde Photovoltaice 2024 program. Thus, the Future Energy Team Leaders (FEL) Romania welcomes people interested in the Casa Verde Photovoltaice 2024 program, with an informative material – a summary guide regarding the Applicant’s Guide on the process of enrolling in the program. The guide is available on the FEL website, at felromania.ro/ghid-casa-verde-2024.

The Green Photovoltaic House program run by the Environment Fund Administration (AFM) attracts a lot of interest from individuals, electricity users, who want to actively participate in environmental protection and at the same time reduce their energy bill. The novelty compared to previous years is that the financing also includes energy storage batteries, in addition to photovoltaic panels, but the procedure remained similar.

The program was launched by the AFM, and starting from September 27 until October 9, the registration sessions for applicants will begin, by region, according to the published calendar.

The young people of FEL Romania, specialists in the energy field, for the second year in a row, launch the information initiative for people who follow the pages on the social networks of the association and the general public.

“Registering in the Casa Verde program can be very easy, if you pay attention to a few details. But I noticed that many Romanians were in a hurry, were not careful or trusted pseudo-specialists in last year’s edition. Thus, they lost a generous subsidy from the state. We want the process to be simple and as many Romanians as possible to be able to install a photovoltaic system and a storage system with help from the state, and thus to be as many sustainable prosumers as possible who enjoy an inexhaustible source of energy,” says Eduard Luncan, FEL member and part of the guide writing team.

The Green Photovoltaic House Guide FEL Romania brand includes the most important information from the Applicant Guide such as:

  • Purpose of the program;
  • Required documents and how to obtain them;
  • Eligibility conditions;
  • The regional calendar for submitting files;
  • Program steps;
  • Frequently asked questions.

“The Casa Verde Photovoltaic financing program has started to have a tradition in the Romanian market, however, most citizens do not manage to go through the necessary information and steps to enroll in the program. This guide aims to condense information into one place, as easy to navigate as possible, but comprehensive with this year’s new features. The guide explains the stages and steps that the potential beneficiary has to follow, starting from the registration stage in the platform, until the final invoice – the implementation stage,” says Luminița-Ioana Vlaicu, FEL member and part of the guide’s drafting team.
