Partnerships between Romanian companies and major players on the global market will bring, in addition to concrete results for our country, an increase in Romania’s reputation, as well as the confidence of international markets in what we do here, at home,” said Sebastian Burduja, Minister of Energy, present at the signing of the documents related to the establishment of the new company.
Electrica Esyasoft Smart Solutions S.A. (owned 25% by Societatea Energetică Electrica S.A. and 75% by Esyasoft Enterprise Holding RSC LTD) will focus on smart grid technologies (including storage solutions – batteries and grid digitalization).
