As the impact of COVID-19 is felt more and more, companies are focusing on recovery, but only those that accelerate the digital transformation by adopting technologies such as Cloud, Artificial Intelligence, flexible IT infrastructures and smart operations will be at the forefront, reveals the latest Accenture study.
Of the CEOs who responded to the Accenture study, 92% said they will accelerate investment in digital transformation and 74% plan to completely rethink their processes and operating models to adapt more easily to unpredictable changes. In addition, 87% of respondents said they are considering the possibility of acquiring insolvent companies, intellectual property or talented labor.
More than ever, as companies recover, competitive success will be driven by their ability to predict, prepare and respond.
According to the Accenture study, there is a change in the frequency of working from home. Thus, 36% of employees intend to increase working hours remotely in the future, while 53% of people who have never worked from home intend to do so more often in the future.
