The Environmental Fund Administration (AFM) published on Wednesday, April 2, a new list with 10,418 files approved by the Approval Committee, within the Green House Photovoltaic Program, the institution announced.

“We are taking another important step towards the green transition, and AFM continues to support households across the country through non-reimbursable financing. Starting today, over 10,400 families will be able to install photovoltaic panels, as well as energy storage systems, through the Photovoltaic Green House Program. In the coming period, the remaining files related to the 2024 session within the same program will be approved. I believe it is essential that these installations integrate technologies that ensure even greater energy efficiency. Thus, AFM aims to implement programs that allow Romanians to purchase systems that will transform their homes into increasingly energy-efficient and environmentally friendly households,” said Florin Bănică, president of AFM, quoted by Agerpres.

The funding granted under the Green House Photovoltaic Program is a maximum of 30,000 lei for the purchase and installation of a photovoltaic panel system and an electricity storage facility produced from renewable sources, provided that the beneficiary makes a personal contribution of 3,000 lei.

The list of files accepted under this program is published on the institution’s website, in the section related to the Green House Photovoltaic Program – 2024 session.
