The Administration of the Environmental Fund (AFM) announced that it wants to make it more flexible to centralize the files of the applicants within the Green House Photovoltaic program and to change the way documents are uploaded, according to a post on the institution’s Facebook page.

“Together with the Ministry of Environment, Water and Forests, AFM has prepared an amendment to the Financing Guide in order to introduce a flexible method of centralizing all applicants who have prepared the financing files and addressed the installers validated for the session on December 22,” say AFM officials.

”Also, through this modification, the way of loading the documentation in the computer application will be solved, in an organized form and to ensure an efficient flow. We would like to point out that we have identified the resources needed to support all the funding files that were prepared for December 22 and they can be approved if the eligibility conditions in the guide are met, and the documentation will be entered in the computer application according to the schedule established and communicated to the validated installers,” it is shown in the notification.

The administration of the Environmental Fund (AFM) previously announced that it will identify “quick and efficient solutions to solve the registration of individuals”, as AFM President Lorand Fulop said on Facebook.

AFM’s IT application for enrolling prosumers in the subsidy program for small solar projects for self-consumption collapsed immediately after launch on Wednesday, December 22, for technical reasons. Tough criticism followed from the main players in the market but also from the Minister of Environment, Tanczos Barna.
