Alive Capital will put into operation early next year its first battery-based electricity storage system, said Vlad Pârâianu, the group’s Chief Technical Officer.

“By early next year we hope to have our first battery energy storage system operational, which we hope will optimise the services we deliver to our customers,” he said at the conference “Battery Energy Storage Systems – BESS Romania”, organised by Energynomics.

Today, Alive Capital, a Romanian company founded in 2013, has more than 250 MW of power generation capacity of its own, consisting mainly of photovoltaic and wind power plants.

The group also provides various services for almost 900 MW of power generation capacity.

“Thanks to all these activities, we have a holistic understanding of the market,” Pârâianu added.

The conference “Battery Energy Storage Systems – BESS Romania” was organised by Energynomics with the support of our partners: Alive Capital, Elektra Renewable Support, Enevo Group, Ensys, Enexus, OX2, EVOLVE Energy Management Solutions, EVOLVE Energy Management Solutions, SIM Connect, SolaX Power, Think Blu Solution, WEBUS 4 ENERGY, Wiren.
