Alro shareholders have approved investments of 35 million USD for the year 2019. The company made last year a profit of almost 350 million lei, out of which almost 203 million lei will be distributed as dividends.

About 123.7 million lei are dividends from the result carried over from previous years (reserves), and 23 million lei transferred from the profit of 2018 will be made available to the company.

The shareholders of Alro Slatina have also approved the extension of the number of members of the Board of Directors of the Company to eleven, compared to seven in present.

The gross dividend per share will be of about 0.46 lei.
