Documents and annexes of the development plans of Transelectrica, Transgaz or those of the distributors, the annual and/or monthly reports of the transmission system operator and of the natural gas distribution operators regarding the technological consumptions and the decisions or documents substantiating the establishment, adjustment or the modification of local prices and tariffs for public services of centrally produced thermal energy supply is among the categories of information which the Energy Regulatory Authority (ANRE) wants to have the status of “confidential information”, according to Profit.ro.

According to a draft ANRE order, confidential status would also envisage reports of regulated prices/ tariffs, minutes specific to the investigation and/or unannounced inspection, the investigation report and the decision to end/ close the investigation and the conclusion of authentication issued by the Bucharest Court of Appeal.

Confidential information is defined as “any precise information, which has not been made public and which relates directly or indirectly to aspects whose disclosure could lead to property damage to a natural person, an economic operator or ANRE.”
