The National Energy Regulatory Authority (ANRE) will reduce electricity distribution and transportation tariffs with weights between 1.7% and 1.9%, starting with January 15, 2020, after eliminating the 2% contribution from the figure of businesses that the energy companies paid to the authority’s budget.
Thus, according to some projects of order, the transport tariff will be reduced by 1.9%, up to 17.97 lei per MWh, according to Agerpres.
The distribution rates will decrease with weights between 1.7% and 1.8% and will reach the following values: 122.92 lei per MWh for Oltenia Distribution, 109.54 lei per MWh for Banat E-Distribution, 134.02 lei per MWh for E-Distribution Dobrogea, 116.67 lei per MWh for E-Distribution Muntenia.
Electrica Transilvania Nord will have a tariff of 106.5 lei per MWh, Electrica Muntenia Nord will charge 126.05 lei per MWh, and Electrica Transilvania Sud will have a tariff of 106.53 lei per MWh, while Delgaz Moldova will charge a tariff of distribution of 132.24 lei per MWh.
As of January 1, ANRE had increased these rates by up to 7.5%.
