Romanian Center of Energy (CRE) aims to influence European energy policy to support and promote investment in the transition to a low-carbon energy. Only by creating appropriate and stable conditions the transition towards a green Europe can be successful.

Description

The overall objective is to promote the participation of CRE member institutions, the Romanian public and private energy companies in decision-making process of the European institutions, participation in European partnerships, funding programs of the European institutions and lobbying activity in the interests of the Romanian energy sector institutions.
CRE is a non-profit professional association and has the following objectives:
   A. Promoting participation of institutions, Romanian energy companies in the decision process of the European institutions, participation in European partnerships, funding programs of the European institutions and lobbying activity in the interests of the Romanian energy sector institutions.
   b. Collecting, analysis and distribution of information on the energy sector supporting members on the development of studies in this area, hosting and facilitating contacts between members of CRE and international institutions and organizations in the field.
   C. Study of strategic, political, technical, social, legal and institutional subkects related directly or indirectly to energy Sector and offering CRE members access to this information.
