Responsabilities
National Agency for Mineral Resources manages the oil resources, the mineral resources and all the national geological reserves. ANRM observes the following main tasks: negotiating and decides - in conjunction with other state public domain grantor - the terms and conditions of the oil agreements, licenses and permits of mining; agrees on such contracts, licenses and permits; regulates the conduct of petroleum operations and mining activities by rules, technical regulations and guidelines issued accordingly with the laws.
