Bosch invests in leadership training, Junior Managers program (Junior Managers) continues

Bosch has reopened applications for the Junior Managers program (JMP), dedicated to training and shaping future leaders in the organization. In 2021, the company is running the eighth edition of the program that prepares young graduates with very good university results and exceptional potential to take on leadership roles in the organization. Bosch has seven new open positions, addressed to those interested in both the commercial and technical fields, within its production units in Cluj and Blaj.

Currently, JMP counts 25 nationally talented graduates and young people who are in various stages of their training and professional training as future leaders, being exposed to all areas specific to production activities, both in the country and in other Bosch locations around the world.

The duration of the program varies between 18 and 24 months. Annually, through JMP, Bosch offers career opportunities in a variety of areas of interest, from production or quality engineering to management accounting, logistics, or human resources.

“At Bosch, we strongly believe that leaders are directly responsible for the company’s success and reputation, and JMP’s goal is to support this vision of training young people to lead the organization of the future,” said Ramona Badescu, HR group leader at Bosch Group in Romania and coordinator of the program.

“JMP is our response, as an organization, to a constantly changing world, where the need to develop leadership skills has never been more important,” Bădescu added.

In the last seven years, more than 1,300 young people have shown interest in the program and accepted the challenge of proving their skills during an extensive and intense selection process.
