BT Leasing (BTL) has launched Drive Green, a financing offer for new or used electric or hybrid cars for individuals.

With low interest and commissions until the end of the year, BTL aims to encourage the use of environmentally friendly, energy-efficient cars through this campaign.

The interest is fixed, of 3.5%, in euro, and zero monthly commission. The advance varies between 20 and 50%. The maximum funding period is of 5 years. The leasing fee is of 150 euros plus VAT, and the fee for logistics services is of 190 euros plus VAT.

The financing includes a package of insurance and registration services and the total financial debts (loan installments and leasing and insurance installments) of an applicant must be of a maximum of 20% of the total income established according to the tax filing to ANAF, respectively of a maximum of 25% if the income is in euro or indexed in euro.

In the case of used cars, their age must not exceed 8 years at the end of the leasing period.

For example, if the value of the car is 29,750 euro (VAT included), the maturity of the loan is 5 years (60 equal installments), the interest is fixed (3.5% per year), the advance is 20%, or 5,950 euro (VAT included) and the residual value is of 1%, a customer will have a monthly rate of almost 430 euro (VAT included). The total cost of the lease is of 2,631.09 euro (VAT included), and the total amount related to the leasing contract to be paid is of 32,381.09 euro (VAT included).
